MEMBERS ONLY LOGIN AREA

Your username is your member number followed by a 0 for primary members and a 1 for spouse.  For example, if you're the primary member and your member number is 123, you would enter 1230 for the username and your spouse would enter 1231.  Your password is your last name (all lowercase).
